• Our signature Christmas experience, ice!, is kept at a chilly 9 degrees. You will be provided with a parka. Warm clothing is recommended. No personal coat check is provided.
•No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the attraction.
•All guests ages 4 and older require individual tickets to enter the experience. Children age 3 and younger will be admitted without ticket.
•Guests under the age of 18 require at least one paid adult admission to attend the experience with them.
• Strollers are permitted if they do not impede traffic flow. Side-by-side strollers and wagons (including stroller wagons), whether pushed or pulled, are not permitted.
• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Additional fees for parking and taxes are not included in admission and charges will apply.
